Refund and Returns Policy

At PAARI, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

• Returns: We offer a flexible return policy. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Exchange: If there is a size or fit issue, you can exchange the product within 3 days. The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags/packaging intact.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed only if the product is unavailable in stock or if a defective product cannot be replaced. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Bank, or Cash) within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Costs: For defective items, we bear the delivery cost. For size exchanges or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
